## What this site is

- The FindBusiness Agents marketing page and live demo: POST a website URL and
  a temporary, metered demo agent grounded on that site answers in the chat
  widget. Free, no signup; demos expire after 7 days.
- The production home of the embeddable widget. The whole client-side
  integration is a single script tag:

- Client agents run on the same multi-tenant relay as the demos, with curated
  grounding, domain lock, per-tenant metering, and content screening.
- Agent-only clients are grounded live from their own website: the relay builds
  a page menu from it and the agent reads whichever page a question needs.
  Nothing about their content is stored here, and no per-client files are
  served from this host.
- The original client test bed lives at /testbed.html.

## What the business gets

- A free content gap analysis as a side effect: every conversation lands in the
  portal searchable, so the questions the agent could not answer name the
  missing pages for the owner instead of the owner guessing at them. Those same gaps are why AI assistants and
  search skip the business, because an AI reading the site comes up equally
  empty. Fill the gap once and the agent can answer it, the page exists for
  search to find, and the AI assistants reading the site have something to
  quote.

- $300 one-time setup plus $40/month hosting and maintenance. The monthly fee
  bills from month one, so the first invoice is $340 and every month after
  is $40.
- The $300 setup is mostly hands-on time, not a self-serve signup. It covers:
  (1) we set the agent up with the client, grounding it on their site, services,
  hours, pricing and the questions their customers actually ask, and installing
  it on their site with them; (2) branding it to their name, colors, logo and
  voice, tuned until they approve it; (3) a live walkthrough of every feature in
  the client portal, reading conversations, editing what the agent says, changing
  the look, watching the balance and topping up; (4) answering any question about
  the product, during setup and after, from a person. It is charged once and is
  separate from the $40/month. Later minor changes (branding, hours, steering,
  grounding sources, what the agent says) are covered by the monthly fee within a
  reasonable monthly allowance, per section 2 of the chatbot schedule; work
  beyond that allowance is scoped and quoted before it starts.
- Conversations are metered as credits (1 credit = $0.01): 1 credit per answer,
  1 when it reads a live page, 2 when the agent uses a web search, 0 when
  screening blocks a visitor's message before the agent runs or the turn is
  rate limited (one rare exception is spelled out in section 7 of the terms).
  At a zero balance the agent stops answering rather than running up a bill.
- The plan includes 300 credits each month, roughly 300 ordinary answers (fewer
  if the agent uses web search, which costs 2). The allowance refreshes once the
  client's monthly renewal invoice is PAID, on their own billing anniversary, not
  on the first of the calendar month; a failed or delayed renewal payment means
  the reset happens when that payment clears. Unused allowance does not carry over. Top-ups are prepaid
  credit packs bought from the client portal, in the pack sizes the portal
  shows; purchased credits stay on the balance until used.
